A growing construction company in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs is looking for a motivated individual to step into the role of Trainee Site Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take on real responsibility early in their career, overseeing day-to-day site operations while receiving structured training and support to build their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of construction projects, helping ensure they're completed on time, within budget, and to a high standardCoordinate and monitor the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliersIdentify and resolve in office issues, and communicate progress to key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsManage project documentation and administrative tasksLead or take part in site inspections and meetings
What You'll Need
A construction or engineering qualification,



or solid hands-on industry experienceSome background in construction or site supervision, with a working knowledge of construction processesStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholdersGood problem-solving instincts and sound judgement under pressureComfort using construction project management softwareA safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
