Job DescriptionHead Pizzaiolo (Head Pizza Chef) Seeker Brewing is looking for a full-time Head Pizzaiolo to lead our wood-fired pizza operation.
Working from our brand-new pizza truck with a professional wood-fired oven, you'll take ownership of our pizza service and help continue building one of the Illawarra's best brewery food experiences.
Position
Full-time (38 hours per week)
Thursday to Sunday roster

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality wood-fired pizzas
Manage prep and service
Maintain food quality and consistency
Order and manage stock
Ensure food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Develop specials and contribute to menu improvements




Lead the pizza operation with support from kitchen hands during busy services and events
About You
Experience as a pizza chef or pizzaiolo
Confident working independently
Organised, reliable and efficient
Passionate about quality food and great service
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
