About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll become the trusted point of contact for customers across a diverse range of industries.
You'll learn how to:
Build strong customer relationships
Manage customer enquiries and provide solutions
Prepare quotations and process orders
Support Government and Council customers
Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts
Work alongside production and design teams
Develop your commercial and negotiation skills
Every day is different, giving you exposure to sales, customer service, account management and manufacturing.
About You
You don't need years of sales experience.
We're looking for people with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
Is motivated to learn and develop professionally
Has strong communication skills
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Likes solving problems
Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
Works well in a team
A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline is welcomed but not essential.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
