Hotondo Homes is seeking an experienced Franchise Growth Manager to help grow our national network. Based at our Moorabbin Support Office with hybrid working, you will engage and recruit prospective residential builders into our network and manage candidates from enquiry to onboarding.
You will assess fit, present the prospect clearly and maintain the CRM pipeline. The role requires proven sales, recruitment or business development success and robust communication within a team-oriented team.
