We deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access and In-home support.
Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self-care, and community wellness.We're currently seeking a female only Service Support Worker Permanent Part Time who is experienced, reliable and caring to support our participants needs.
MUST have experience with higher behavioural needs, personal care (continence aids, showering, dysphagia).

If you ever pause to think of the impact you have beyond your day-to-day, remember this:your presence may be the reason somebody feels safe, valued, supported, andseen.About the RoleAs a Service Support Worker you will provide Supported Independent Living services that promote safety, independence, and emotional stability for a participant with complex behavioural needs.
This includes personal care, meal preparation, and supporting the participant to build predictable routines, healthy habits, and meaningful daily structure.
You will play a key role in implementing behaviour support strategies, maintaining a regulated home environment, and ensuring the participant feels supported both at home and in the community.This role requires support from workers who can safely manage physical tasks and high intensity behavioural presentations.Key AccountabilitiesSupport with daily living tasks and personal careImplement behaviour support strategies and uphold safety plansPrepare nutritious meals and support healthy routinesMaintain structure, predictability,
