Werribee Health Care is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to support our GP practice in western Melbourne.
This casual role is 2/3 days per week and requires autonomous, responsible reception desk management.Key duties include greeting patients, answering calls, registering patients, booking appointments, processing payments, Medicare and DVA claims, and handling general administrative tasks.
You will also help with end-of-day routines and maintain a tidy, confidential workspace.
