This senior clinical leadership role allows you to shape service delivery while maintaining direct client contact.You will work closely with Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to support participants with behaviours of concern, restrictive practices, complex psychosocial disability, and high support needs.
Experience supporting participants involved in child protection, youth justice, corrective services, forensic settings, and other complex systems is highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Team leadership— Lead and mentor occupational therapists across metro and regional locations.Clinical supervision— Provide supervision and professional development guidance.Complex clinical work— Deliver high‐quality OT services to clients with complex needs.Multidisciplinary collaboration— Work with PBS practitioners, psychologists,
