We are a national company who supply portable air conditioning, heating, ventilation and restoration products for hire and sale.Our Hallam branch requires a reliable, mature minded individual with strong computer skills, organisational skills and a can do attitude to join our excellent team and assist with:Customer InvoicingCustomer and job set-up, quoting and administrationDocumentation and management of company policies/proceduresManagement of the customer CRM for our Victorian and Queensland branches.Management of special projects on an Ad Hoc basisSome marketing/social media management experience would be looked upon favourably to enable you to assist the Marketing Co-ordinator with targeted marketing campaignsThe right fit is essential as you will be part of a close knit small, but amazing, team of professionals managing multiples entities within the group.As we are a small team we are looking for someone that can also train with and provide backup for other members of the team during peak times.We envisage this as a 3-4 daypositionwith some initial flexibility regarding setting of work hours but the right candidatemust be available to work on Fridays.
