This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take charge on-site, lead by example, and play a key role in delivering secure, high-quality projects with long-term career opportunities.Your Day-to-DaySupervise and lead scaffold crews on-siteLiaise with Site Foremen to ensure projects are delivered to client expectationsEnsure all safety and compliance standards are consistently metMentor and motivate team members to meet daily schedulesTroubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they ariseWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience across all facets of scaffolding, with a focus on Kwikstage & Kwikally systemsMinimum 3 years' experiencein a Leading Hand or similar supervisory roleIntermediate or Advanced Scaffold Certificate(held for 3+ years)Current White CardStrong organisational and time-management skillsConfident written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, interpret, and modify scaffold plans where requiredAbility to draft accurate materials listsValid Australian Driver's LicenceInterested?
