AIM Site Hire Pty Ltd – Laverton North VICAim Site Hire Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis basis at our Laverton North branch.
As an Operations Consultant, You will fulfill an integral role in the end to end admin and operations requirements within the hiring team focused on our temporary fencing products.
You will be handling customer inquiries via email and phone, helping to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
generating customers quotes, contracts, invoices and proving general assistance to customers throughout the hiring process, with a key focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail.Key responsibilitiesManaging incoming phone and email hire enquiriesHandling sales leadsCommunicating with customers regarding quotes, orders and job statusData Entry to generate customer quotes, contracts, invoices and file updatesManaging customer purchase ordersProviding general administrative support to the operations and sales teamProcessing off hire requestsLiaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery and installation of Temporary fencingWhat we're looking for:Be able to work Part-Time - Monday to Friday,
