What you will be doingHandle enquiries form sales team and provide ongoing supportHandle customer queries and complaints professionally in a timely mannerLiaise between sales team with other departments (operation, IT, accounts, marketing, procurement, QA and legal)Coordinate meetings for sales staff nationwideProcess and keep records of claims from customer and sales team including travel requests, leave taken, sales expenses, sales proposals, price difference,



stock issue and etcMaintain and update customer's database accuratelyMaintain and update sales team's call cycle and any special arrangementMaintain product catalogue and promotional catalogue for sales teamUpdate sales team on recent products and promotionsGenerate reports (Deals, MI/PI reports, comp check)Coordinate business plans for trade activities and sales reportAssist different Channels in Sales Department to process forecast on annual and ad hoc basicPerform stock and deals managementPerform other duties that correspond to your skills, knowledge and abilityThe above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake any other responsibility as assigned by management as and when necessaryWhat we are looking forFull Australian working rights and MUST live in AustraliaExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ChineseExcellent knowledge and understanding in Asian product and Ethnic marketCan-do attitude and ability to prioritizeJoin an expanding global company and gain extensive exposure to the FMCG industryOpportunities for growth and progressionSupportive work environmentGenerous company discountsIf you are a motivated professional and looking to grow your career within a global FMCG industry, we would love to hear from you!
