Bluestone is partnered with a leading Developer and Builder who deliver in a diverse range of residential builds.An opportunity has arisen for Warranty/Maintenance Manager to join the business, this senior role will manage a nimble on-site & admin team as well as continue to establish/improve systems and efficiencies within the business as it continues to grow.Reporting to the head of Construction,you will be responsible for:Overseeing all aspects of Warranty operations across completed construction sites.Manage maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, secure working practices and customer satisfaction.Oversee onsite Maintenance team, and Administrative Support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.About You:Previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty teamAdvanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent time management and organisational skillsAttention to detail and strong accuracy skillsThrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSolutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
