You will manage workers' compensation claims from end to end, coordinate injury management planning, and provide practical advice across both work-related and non-work-related injury matters.This is a hands-on role with real variety and impact.
You will work closely with managers, employees, insurers, medical providers, and WorkCover to support positive outcomes, while contributing to a safe, supportive and effective workplace.
You will be part of a close-knit and highly experienced team that values autonomy and collaboration with strong manager support.What we are looking for:Experience in workers' compensation, injury management, and return-to-work coordinationConfidence working with managers, employees, insurers, medical providers and WorkCoverThe ability to manage complex matters, resolve issues and support changes where injury management impacts teamsSound analytical skills,
