We're looking for a hands-on leader to run our national installations, aftersales, and service operations across Australia.
It's a broad role covering service, spares, and day-to-day operations, leading a capable team and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.The role:Lead and support our service technicians nationally, including scheduling, dispatch, and technical backupCoordinate breakdown response and tech support, delegating to the team and stepping in where neededOversee spare parts operations: ordering, stock, pricing, and logistics with international suppliersManage customer relationships on service issues, warranty,



and aftersalesPlan and oversee installation projects through to commissioning and sign-offWork closely with our UK team and international suppliers on service, parts, and technical mattersReport directly to the Board of Directors on operations performanceAbout you:5+ years in service/aftersales management in industrial or technical equipmentExperience with machine tools, high-power laser systems, or robotics highly regarded but not essentialA natural delegator and coordinator who's still comfortable getting hands-on when it countsProven leadership of field service teamsStrong organisational and commercial skills across scheduling, budgets, and supplier managementConfident communicator, comfortable working across time zones with international colleagues and suppliersMelbourne based, willing to travel interstate as requiredWhat we offer:Competitive salary + vehicle/allowance, autonomy to run and build the operation your way, and the backing of a rapid-growing international business where service is a genuine priority.
