At IES, each person is encouraged to operate safely, look after each other, behave with integrity and respect individuals' beliefs and backgrounds.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to successfully deliver civil remediation projects across metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate, working closely with site supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
This is a hands-on role with variety across technical engineering, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

and delivery of projects.Prepare project documentation, manage procurement activities, and purchase orders.Manage contract administration and progress claims.Monitor project costs, variations, extensions of time and financial performance.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards including site safety inspectionsAdminister daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of project delivery to plan and budget costsAbout YouYou are proactive engineer with strong communication skills with the ability to balance quality, safety, and profitable project delivery.Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering civil construction projectsA Bachelor of Civil EngineeringA current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
