Based in Victoria, we continue to grow by delivering smart, practical, and future‐focused control solutions.About the RoleYou will play a key role in both service delivery and small project execution, working across a variety of commercial HVAC and BMS environments.Your responsibilities will include:Servicing, maintaining, and fine‐tuning BMS systems and associated equipmentIdentification of efficiency and upgrade opportunities.Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across control systemsAssisting with commissioning of new installationsPerforming point‐to‐point checks, functionality testing, and witness testingManaging and delivering small projects, upgrades, and system extensions end‐to‐endUndertaking engineering tasks including programming, graphics,
and integrationMaintaining strong client relationships and delivering high‐quality outcomesContributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and systemsAbout YouWe're looking for a technically capable and reliable professional who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.You will have:Minimum 2+ years BMS experience (programming, graphics, and integration)Strong knowledge of HVAC and BMS systemsStrong knowledge and understanding of BMS protocols, networking, and communicationsTrade qualification in Electrical / HVAC‐R or related Engineering qualification.Extensive commercial HVAC experienceStrong computer and networking skillsHands‐on experience in HVAC / BMS engineering or installation (highly regarded)Current Restricted Electrical LicenceCurrent Industry White CardIn addition, you will demonstrate:Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving abilityExcellent communication, relationship‐building, and time management skillsProven ability to work both independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsProfessional presentation — well‐spoken, trustworthy, and reliableTridium Niagara experience is highly regarded but not essential.EligibilityA valid Australian driver's licenceAustralian citizenship, permanent residency, or a current Australian work visaWorking with Children and Police CheckWhat We OfferWe recognise and reward excellence.
