It's a great fit for someone who loves variety, picks up new tools quickly, and takes real pride in a polished end product, whether that's a scroll stopping Reel or a clean, functional web page.What You'll DoEstablish, plan, create and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social channelsManage content calendars, scheduling, publishing and day to day community engagementWrite on brand captions, hooks and copy that reflect our voice and connect with our audienceBuild, update and maintain our website,



using AI assisted tools to speed up design and developmentOptimise site UX/UI and content for engagement, conversions and brand consistencyMonetise and monitor performance across social and web, using analytics and insights to improve resultsStay ahead of social trends and emerging AI tools, bringing fresh ideas to content and web work alikeHandle routine website maintenance, updates and troubleshootingWhat We're Looking ForA strong portfolio showing both content creation and website development/design work (please include links)Confident using AI tools within web development and design workflowsSkilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar) and social first content captureExperience with website builders/CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace or similar) and bonus if AI nativeWorking knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic SEO principleUnderstanding of how AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) surface content, and how to optimise for AI driven search, not just traditional Google SEOWhy Join Us?
