Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.About the RoleThe Property Contracts and Compliance Manager will effectively coordinate and support management of Estia Health's property assets.
You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for central planning, scheduling and contracting of ongoing maintenance and capital upgrades, audits & reporting and providing specialist advice.
Working closely with our Property Service Managers (PSM), you'll support home-based staff in order to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance.What you'll doManage our centralized property procurement strategy to maximize service within approved budgets, including ongoing performance and quality monitoring.Plan, budget and schedule routine preventative maintenance works.Ensure services provided are reliable, consistent and professional,
and adhere to all compliance obligations.Contribute to critical incident management including emergency response and insurance related works management.Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works including approvals and reporting.You'll be a strong communicator with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
