About you:Recognised Health Information Management qualification and/or suitable experience in a similar role.Membership with HIMAA or a commitment to attain membership.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work within timeframes and guidelines for various reporting systems.Solid leadership capability to lead and drive success within a team to maximise performance.Highly developed problem-solving skills that lead to positive outcomesDemonstrated experience in the collection, extraction and analysis of data, including the submission of data to external parties.Knowledge of the Victorian Health sector mandatory reporting requirement and data submission processes - desirableAbout us:Portland District Health (PDH) provides an integrated health service for the community.
