You will have the opportunity to develop recent software applications, enhance existing software solutions, and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop Web Applications using React/Next.js, Java/Kotlin, Spring and PostgreSQLProven experience in the design and development of Android ApplicationsDesign and develop Windows applications using C#Design and deploy applications in Linux environmentsDesign and develop software applications, making specific determinations about system performance and resource utilisationDocument code consistently throughout the development process using Javadoc or equivalent standardsDesign, develop,



and conduct unit and integration tests to validate application designProvide assistance to the Verification team to formally validate application design against system requirementsProvide estimates for the team schedule and notify any schedule variances to the Project ManagerProduce all artefacts required for deliverables and internal reviewsParticipate in working groups, design reviews, and other forums with customers and end-users.Work with internal and external stakeholders to discuss, and agree on designs as well as explore improvement opportunitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:A degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalentMinimum 4 years proven experience in the design and development of software applications across Android, Windows and Linux platforms.Experience using version control systems (SVN or Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support a team that develops creative and innovative solutionsThe ability to adapt to new tasks, technologies, processes and proceduresStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Why Join Tectonica?
