Vetcall is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead two small animal clinics on the Gold Coast.Vetcall Q Store (Mermaid Waters) is situated in our local shopping village amongst the pristine waterways, with sister clinic Vetcall Burleigh located 10 minutes away in Burleigh Waters.Together, we provide exceptional veterinary care to a loyal and growing community of pet owners.

Our team is supportive, passionate, and genuinely enjoys what they do.About the RoleAs a multi-site Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the overall success of both clinics.
You will oversee operations, people, and performance, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating all aspects of client care, nursing, and veterinary servicesDriving customer experience, client engagement, social media and loyalty initiativesManaging clinic performance including budgets, payroll, stock control,
