Throughout Townsville and the Northern QLD region, they are booming, with many roads (TMR), subdivision, council infrastructure and water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
They now require 3 experienced Foreman to join their team.
Role As a Foreman, you will work collaboratively with Project Managers to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes.
You will be an integral part of the team and play a major role in communicating with clients, programming works, managing subcontractors/workforce, allocating plant/resources and achieving site production objectives.
Your style will be one that promotes teamwork, safety and you will have a high commitment to quality outcomes.
RequirementsTo secure a role you will have a stable employment history, have worked your way up through the ranks and have a demonstrable history of successful/profitable project delivery.
In addition, we are seeking;




Certificate III and/or IV in Civil Construction Experience in the delivery of Roads, Subdivision and/or infrastructure projects up to $30m Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do Motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
