The Opportunity
Based in Adelaide, you will manage commercial property claims from lodgments through to settlement, working with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and service providers to deliver fair, timely, and qualified outcomes.
No two days are the same, with the role offering a mix of site inspections, investigations,



stakeholder engagement, report writing, and claim resolution across a diverse portfolio of commercial property claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage claims throughout the full lifecycle
Conduct site inspections and assess property losses
Investigate claims and determine policy coverage
Prepare reports and recommendations
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Negotiate and settle claims
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
About You:
We are interested in speaking with people from a range of insurance backgrounds, including Loss Adjusting, Property Claims, Commercial Claims, or similar roles.
You enjoy building relationships, investigating and solving problems, communicating technical information clearly, and managing your own workload.

To be successful, you will have:
Experience in loss adjusting, property claims, commercial claims, or a similar insurance role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
