About usJones Street Surgery is seeking a agile Casual Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team in a well-established general practice in Balcatta, with an immediate start available.The successful applicant will have significant customer service experience, preferably in a medical practice environment with experience with Pracsoft and Medical Director, an ability to multitask and a reliable and reassuring manner.This is a casual position, with shifts offered based on the needs of the practice.
Flexibility to cover weekdays and leave relief is highly desirable.Task and ResponsibilitiesGeneral medical reception duties and administration duties including answering incoming calls, checking in patients, confirming appointmentsAssist patients with various enquiriesLiaise with other healthcare providersBilling and receipting of consultationsFostering professional working relationship with team members,



patients and other medical staffMaintaining compliance with organisational policy and procedureCore QualitiesThis is a casual position with regular Wednesday shifts.
