C Artist, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, including skill certifications, to support your growth, artistry, and success in the role
Qualifications
Role Requirements:
Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Participate in retail events and theme days




Maintain 100% M.A.C black qualified, polished grooming standards.
Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)
What We're Looking For:
Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Open to feedback and committed to skilled growth
Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
Ability to travel to other locations when required
Impeccably groomed
