An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and passionate Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at our Naracoorte branch.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong long-term customer relationships while working with industry-leading products.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of a broad range of equipment, including:
Construciton equipement
Braodacre, farming, vineyard and orchard machinery
Turf care equipment
Power and lifestyle products
Various other equipment and attachments
You will work closely with customers across multiple industries, identifying their needs and delivering tailored equipment solutions backed by exceptional service.
This role includes both showroom-based and on-site customer engagement, including cold-calling, property visits, field days, demonstrations, and industry events throughout the South-East of South Australia.




What We're Looking ForThe successful applicant will demonstrate:
Previous sales experience with a strong willingness to learn and succeed
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office programs, online dealer portals and DMS's
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
An understanding of the agricultural, construction, turf, or power equipment industries (preferred but not essential)
Experience within sales or a mechanical background in agricultural, construction, turf, or power equipment industries will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Additional Requirements
Current SA Driver's Licence (mandatory)
Truck licence advantageous but not essential
Willingness to undertake cold calling, including phone-based and face-to-face customer visits
Availability to attend weekday and occasional weekend field days and exhibitions
