We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Fitter who may be just out of their time or looking to finish their apprenticeship and who is looking to get a start with a world leading brand in textiles.
Key responsibilities
Hydraulic and pneumatic repair work
Maintenance and repair of gearboxes and bearings associated with commercial sized knitting machines
Moving materials with forklift
Fabricating - Using cutting machinery such as grinder, drills, etc
Basic welding
Key requirements
LF Forklift license
Must have mechanical aptitude - will train up the right candidate
Maintenance experience with a high attention to detail
Positive communicator who can work in a small team
OH&S; compliant
