Partner with management across the business to ensure roles are accurately classified, positions are strategically aligned, and workforce decisions are informed by sound advice and evidence.Help shape workforce capability, support organisational change, and ensure compliance with public sector frameworks.Contribute to effective workforce planning,



good governance, and the creation of a clear and equitable role structure across the organisation.Maintain the integrity of job and position information.Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen people and organisational outcome.
