We're seeking a reliable and energetic Duty Manager to help lead shifts at our busy Ice Arena.
This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.
One minute you might be helping a birthday party, the next you're supervising staff, managing a busy public session, or driving the ice resurfacer (Zamboni) to keep the ice in top condition.If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, leading a team, and delivering great customer experiences — this could be the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of junior staff during busy sessionsDeliver excellent customer service to skaters, families and hockey playersAssist with the daily operation of the venueLearn to operate the ice resurfacer (Zamboni)Ensure the venue remains clean, protected and well presentedSupport events,
