The OpportunityTo support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HSE Advisor to join our team.
This role will play a critical part in strengthening our safety systems and culture, while providing expert guidance to support safe and sustainable business growth.
About the Role
This role will have a strong emphasis on HSE systems, compliance, and operational reporting, while supporting day-to-day safety requirements across active projects.
The position will work closely with supervisors, project teams, and clients to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across all our operations.
About you
You are an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor with a strong background supporting civil construction projects across multiple sites.
You bring a hands-on approach to safety, with proven experience implementing and maintaining HSE Management Plans, conducting site inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with client, legislative, and contractual requirements.
You are confident leading incident investigations using methodologies such as ICAM or Taproot and producing clear, high-quality reports with actionable outcomes.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to influence positive safety behaviours across supervisors, project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
