You will collaborate closely with partnering birthing facilities to ensure seamless, woman centred care across the entire maternity journey.This role offers the opportunity to work within new and evolving models of care, including community outreach, telehealth, and mobile service delivery.
Your work may take you to clinics, community hubs, homes, or virtual platforms—meeting women and families where they are and ensuring care is accessible, safe, and culturally responsive.You will play a vital role in bringing care closer to home, reducing barriers to access, and responding to the diverse needs of rural and remote communities.
Your contribution will directly support improved continuity of care, strengthen local connections, and empower women and families to make informed decisions about their health.Multiple roles available, located in Walgett and Lightning Ridge or Narromine, Trangie and Warren.
