The Role
Part-time or full-time opportunity
Monday to Friday only(approx. 8:30am – 5:30pm)
No weekends.
No after-hours.

About You
You are caring, capable, and take pride in delivering high-quality care.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments
Immunisations
Travel medicine knowledge (desirable)
Best Practice software (desirable)
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a GP Practice Nurse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Wound management
Assisting with minor procedures
Patient triage
Recalls and reminders
