Due to sustained growth in theVictorian division, we are seeking an enthusiastic and drivenProject Engineerto join our team.
This role is ideal for a junior professional, recent Civil Engineering graduate, or an experienced undergraduate looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will possess a solid grasp of structural construction processes and a working knowledge of structural design.
Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections:Undertake detailed inspections of post-tensioned and reinforced concrete slabs during the construction phase.
Project Administration:Develop, implement, and administer project-specific safety, quality, and environmental documentation prior to and during construction.
Commercial Support:Track, manage, and administer construction variations in accordance with contract terms.




QA & WHS Compliance:Partner with site and project teams to champion excellence in health, safety, and quality assurance systems.
Procurement & Estimating:Perform accurate quantity take-offs and assist with procurement activities to ensure all works are properly approved and engaged.
Performance Tracking:Monitor, track, and report weekly construction performance and metrics against project budgets.
Digital Platforms:Support site teams in the effective daily administration and implementation of digital quality and safety platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering.
Technical Skills:Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and reinforcement drawings accurately.
Attributes:Highly diligent, systematic, and organized with a robust forward-planning mindset.
Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from site trades to management.
Essentials:Valid White Card and a current Australian Driver's License are mandatory.
