About the position Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our clients' team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy 6-chair dental practice.
This is an office and reception-based leadership role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, standards-driven and confident managing the operational side of a premium dental clinic.
You will oversee reception operations, diary management, patient communication, team coordination, stock and systems, treatment flow, and the overall patient journey.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, dental assistants and front office staff to ensure the practice runs smoothly and maintains exceptional standards across every touchpoint.
The clinic provides a wide range of dental services, which may include preventive care, examinations, crowns, bridges, veneers, teeth whitening, root canal therapy, extractions, dental implants and Invisalign.
Your role will be essential in ensuring patients receive a seamless, professional and well-coordinated experience.
Key Requirements
