We are looking for a talented individual who not only has a deep understanding of coffee but also possesses the artistry to create visually stunning drinks.Responsibilities:- Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our high quality and presentation standards.
- Master the use of espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment for precise brewing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Create latte art and visually appealing designs on beverages, enhancing the overall experience.
- Handle cash transactions and accurately operate the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing methods, and our menu offerings.
