Essential Tasks:
Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive relationship management.
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, shortlisting and placement.
Identify new business opportunities and support client workforce requirements.
Maintain strong candidate and contractor engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Criteria:




Proven experience in recruitment, account management or talent acquisition.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
A proactive, professional and team-focused approach to business development.
