About the role
The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator Leasing and Insurance to lead the delivery of leasing, insurance, and facility
management services across the City's diverse portfolio of community and commercial assets.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing an expanding and complex portfolio that includes commercial and community leases, public buildings,
sporting facilities, and revenue-generating assets.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure the City's assets are managed
efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with legislative and governance requirements.
As the operational lead, you will oversee leasing and insurance functions, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures, sound financial management,
effective risk mitigation, and exceptional customer service.
You will also coordinate the integration of bookings, maintenance activities, and asset availability to
maximise facility utilisation while supporting community groups, sporting clubs, commercial tenants, event organisers, and other stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to influence service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the strategic management of some of the City's most
valued community assets
