To provide outstanding resident care with clinical outcomes in line with national best practice standards, thus promoting a culture of quality, safety and excellence in care delivery.
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a sense of dignity and respect.




Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to registered nurses.
Assist with mealtimes, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Participate in resident care planning meetings and follow individualized care plans.
Document care provided in residents' charts accurately and efficiently.
Participate in activities and social programs, fostering a sense of community
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who possesses:
A genuine desire to work with seniors and improve their quality of life.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Reliability and a commitment to high standards of care.
A current AIN qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or working towards).
Full Working Rights in Australia
Current Police Check
Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
