What your day could look like
As a Mental Health Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, young people and families to achieve better mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
From assessment and therapeutic intervention through to care coordination and collaborative planning, you'll work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful, person-centred support.
Every day, you'll contribute by:

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant professional qualification and current registration, membership or certification within your discipline.
Experience delivering evidence-based services to children, young people and families, ideally within mental health or related settings.
Strong communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage priorities while maintaining high standards of clinical care and professionalism.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in regional, community or child and youth mental health settings and/or additional training in contemporary therapeutic approaches.
