Allura Hairdressing Boutique is looking for a dynamic, positive, and experienced Salon Manager & Master Stylist to lead our beautiful Mornington team while maintaining a premium column of their own.

The Role & Responsibilities:
Master Craftsmanship: Deliver high-end colouring, cutting, and styling services to our loyal guests.
Team Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun salon culture, mentoring stylists and keeping the team motivated.
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee salon flow, stock management, and maintain the 5-star standard Allura is famous for, alongside our Front of House support.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites:
Certificate IV in Hairdressing or minimum 10yrs experience in salon management.
Extensive experience as a Senior/Master Stylist with a strong portfolio in advanced colour and cutting techniques.
Previous salon management or team leadership experience is highly regarded (but a strong, positive attitude and a natural willingness to lead are essential).
Right to live and work in Australia.
