The opportunity
We are in the market for three experienced Business Analysts.
Are you passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a

As a Business Analyst you will be working either as part of the
Business Improvement team, or directly with our Customer Services
team, to effect process and systems improvements.
Your work will be
spread across our organisation in a varied and changing environment
as the City beds in its OneCouncil ERP and starts its continual
improvement journey.
The roles focus on business improvement alongside systems change
and requires you to apply your experience in process mapping,
systems design and configuration skills supported by your
confidence in systems implementation and management of change
across a varied set of stakeholders.
Capability in TechnologyOne is
not essential (but helpful), however, the ability to understand how
process improvement is aligned to systems development and
implementing change is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will
need:
Degree in information science, technology or systems or
alternatively business, commerce or organisational
systems.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a technology consultant,
analyst programmer or business analyst.
Experience working with wide-ranging priorities and be able to
manage your own workload
Proven stakeholder engagement to help all stakeholders
understand processes




Demonstrated practice in documentation of current state and
identification and recording requirements for improvements
The ability to apply systems design principles and
understand how the full software development lifecycle is
navigated
Experience working concurrently within both large and small
system implementation projects
A positive can-do attitude in response to a quickly
changing and improving systems space

*The salary for this role commences at step 1, with
potential for movement within the range based on demonstrated
skills and experience.
Incremental progression typically occurs
at the conclusion of each 12-month period, in accordance with
the Industrial Agreement.
