The successful applicant will be required to:Build and maintain relationships with clients and related professionalsConduct property appraisalsList and sell residential propertiesConduct property inspections with prospective buyersManage property marketing campaignsProvide exceptional communication to clientsProspect for recent listing opportunitiesManage the sales transaction from start to finish with the assistance of dedicated sales support staffContinuously educate yourself on the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trendsUtilise technology and other tools to generate leads & stay organisedAbout you:We are looking for an honest, experienced, disciplined and motivated sales consultant, preferably with a strong community network in the south-east corridor of Perth.
