Estimator and/or Detailer – Yatala Windows Division
Langs Building Supplies is a family owned and operated business, who for more than 45 years, has been supplying a full range of quality building products to our customers.

An opportunity has become available for the services of experienced Windows Estimators and/or Detailers within our Windows Division based at Yatala.
We are seeking a self-motivated, hard working person to join this team.
The role is 40hrs a week Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
Previous experience as an Estimator and/ or Detailer within a Windows Division utilising V6 software.
Working remotely is an option.
About the role:
Use custom design programs to provide cutting sheets and layouts for fabrication orders
Ensure accuracy of cutting sheets and layouts
Provide cost estimates for fabrication quotes
Consider alternative materials to ensure cost effective quote whilst maintaining quality and compliance with standards.
Work effectively in a team environment
Follow safe working standards and procedures




Skills and Experience:
Competent in the use of V6 software.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Demonstrated high level of accuracy
Understand and interpret architects building plans
Time management skills
Computer literacy
Be well presented
Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to meet deadlines
Able to follow procedures
Self-motivated and driven by achieving personal and team goals
Must have the right to work in Australia
