Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the office day-to-day, setting the standard for work ethic and culture through a consistent office presence Represent the business at industry, corporate and internal events Oversee compliance across DMIRS, the REBA Act, Code of Conduct and AML legislation, ensuring contracts and agreements meet legal requirements Manage recruitment, licensing, performance reviews and staff conduct matters in line with legislative and company standards Supervise trust account audits and reconciliations,



and structure workflows across the administration team Drive performance and compliance across the sales and property management teams, including rent roll growth and day-to-day PM operations Implement policies and lead recruitment aligned with the business's growth plans Work with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to roll out business systems, training and staff recognition initiatives Oversee customer satisfaction standards and take direct responsibility for resolving escalated complaints Requirements Demonstrated leadership background in real estate or a comparable regulated sector Solid understanding of DMIRS, the REBA Act, Code of Conduct and AML obligations Valid licensing/registration - Real Estate Agents License Experience managing HR functions, including recruitment, reviews and disciplinary processes Ability to lead people across multiple departments, with strong communication and reporting skills If you have the required experience, please apply below.
