This is a Fixed Term Full Time Appointment for 12 months with
possibility of extension and or permancy
We currently have two (2) positions 1.0 FTE each available for
Murdoch and Midland
Position
Profile: This role is responsible for operational
management of the CAHS Community Hubs and Spokes sites in Murdoch
and Midland.
It leads the strategic development, planning,
coordination and evaluation of service integration within the
allocated area.
Responsibility is undertaken for governance of
allocated services, including management of human resources,
financial resources and physical resources.
Representation of
CAHS and liaison with key stakeholders and other health and related
industry is undertaken on service planning, sourcing and delivery,
and takes a leadership role in community engagement
strategies.
Participates in and leads the development and
delivery of a comprehensive, integrated community health service as
part of One CAHS.
About the
Service: The CAHS Community Hubs are a
vibrant co located community of CAHS resources with representation
from Child and Adolescent Community Health (CACH) and from Child
and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
Its focus is on
delivering care in a connected, coordinated and compassionate way
and is purpose-built to facilitate this aim.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth
metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home
visits and through telehealth appointments.
Services focus on child
health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and
supporting families.

About the Child and
Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS): The Child
and Adolescent Mental Health Service in Western Australia offers
support, advice and treatment to young people and their families
who are experiencing mental health issues.
Children and families
are referred to Mental Health by their treating therapist,
specialist, GP, School or other community organisation.
CAMHS
provides recovery-focused programs, and services for children from
birth up until a person turns 18 years old.
We are in the community
and in hospital.
Families may receive services from one or more of
these areas.

Permanent appointments may be made to individuals who hold
citizenship, permanent residency, or visas that enable ongoing
employment in Australia.
