Are you someone who enjoys both property management and being out in the field?
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiasticHybrid Property Manager & Field Agentto support our expandingWestern Melbourne portfolio.
Ideally, you'll live in or around Diggers Rest, Caroline Springs or the lower surrounding western suburbs, as you'll regularly attend inspections, open homes and properties throughout the region.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety and wants to grow their career.
You'll work alongside our Senior Property Manager,Betty, gaining hands‐on experience managing a portfolio while also spending time in the field conducting inspections, leasing rooms, meeting tenants and ensuring our homes are presented to the highest standard.
It's a unique opportunity to develop both your property management and field operations skills as part of a growing national team.

About the Role
This is a true all-rounder position where you'll support both our Property Management and Field Operations teams.
Property Management
Managing a portfolio of residential and co-living properties
Building strong relationships with owners and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and compliance
Managing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy enquiries
Working closely with our national support team
Field Responsibilities
Conducting open homes and private inspections on Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
Completing entry, exit and routine inspections




Meeting prospective tenants and assisting with applications
Completing property condition reports
Ensuring homes are presented to Invida standards
Reporting maintenance and compliance issues
About You
We're looking for someone who is more than just an experienced Property Manager we're looking for ago-getter.

You'll work closely alongside our Senior Property Manager,Betty, supporting our growing Melbourne portfolio.

Essential
Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
Current Driver's Licence
Property Management experience
Experience with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate (preferred)
Weekend availability for open homes when required
Working Hours
This role canfull-time or part-time.
As part of the Field Agent component, you'll be rostered to workSaturdays, with aday off during the weekin lieu.
