About Your New Position- Project CoordinatorThe principal objectives of this position are: Handling logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
Implementing effective work processes on allocated Projects.
Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating, and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated).
Analyzing schedule, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
Assessing the performance of suppliers/subcontractors.
Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.
Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets.
Focusing on continuously reducing the environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets.
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Input as appropriate to EP&P; documentation.
Engagement as may be required in Business Continuity Planning / Response.
Stakeholder interface management.




Nurturing good cooperation between team members locally, regionally, and globally.
