Survey Draftsperson (Part-Time)Immediate Start Available
Simple Land Solutions is a land surveying consultancy based in Balcatta.
We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start available for the right applicant.
This role would suit someone looking to return to the workforce, work around school hours, or simply enjoy the flexibility of part-time employment.
This is a part-time position of approximately ***** hours per week.
The days and hours are flexible, making this role ideal for someone returning to the workforce, working around school hours, or simply looking for a better work-life balance.
There will also be the chance for additional hours as the role grows.
About the roleYour responsibilities will include:
Drafting feature and contour surveys
Site survey plans
Lease area plans
Boundary re-establishment plans
Preparing survey plans from field data
Assisting with general CAD drafting and office support as required
The majority of our drafting is completed in AutoCAD.




About youWe're looking for someone who has:
Previous drafting experience
A good working knowledge of AutoCAD
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently and manage their workload
Good communication and organisational skills
Previous experience within the surveying industry would be highly regarded, however it is not essential.
We're happy to train the right person who has a solid drafting background and is keen to learn.
