We currently have a high volume of specific referrals and are looking for an experienced clinician with formal training in trauma-focused interventions and relationship counselling to step into an immediate caseload.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to how you work.
We are happy to negotiate a structure that makes sense for you financially and personally.
You can join us as a permanent employee, an independent contractor, or under a straightforward service and facilities agreement.
Your schedule is yours to control.
You can compress your hours into a 3-day week, work around school drop-offs, or split your time between face-to-face sessions in the clinic and working from home via telehealth.




We actively cap clinical hours to prevent burnout.
If you choose the permanent employee pathway, we offer a competitive base salary paired with a highly transparent, flat-rate financial bonus for every client seen over your baseline.
We also provide annual CPD allowances, and we pay additional hours for complex or at-risk client management.
Our full-time reception team handles all triage, bookings, cancellations, and billing, so you can just focus on being a psychologist.
To be a good fit, you will need full registration with Ahpra, eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number, and demonstrated experience in trauma and couples therapy.
You'll also need the ability to work independently while still enjoying a collaborative, zero-drama team workplace.
