We're building steady, well-run operations and we're looking for a Working Supervisor who wants more than just shifts.This role is for someone who knows the industry, leads well, and wants a clear pathway forward as the business grows.Right now, this is a hands-on cleaning and supervisor role.
Over time, there is a clear transition into an Operations Manager position for the right person.The RoleThis is a dual role that combines:Being hands-on, this role will include ad hoc cleans as required (currently there is 1x hour in Myaree done on a weekly basis in the morning)Staff training on new cleaning sitesStaff communications and site checks (currently have 10 staff)Chemical and material ordering, picking up and delivering when requiredBusiness development and attending networking events to represent the organisationBeing trained to meet new clients, quoting and schedulingWorking closely with the DirectorWhy AspiraAspira is growing carefully and intentionally.We focus on:Long-term commercial cleaning contractsClear systems and expectationsReliable rosters and consistent workTreating people with respect and trustYou'll work closely with leadership, have a real voice in how things run,
